Arthur Fried and Joshua Freemire, Members of the Firm, will speak at "Hot Topics for In-House Counsel at Health Care Institutions," a roundtable co-sponsored by The Law & Health Care Program at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, The American Health Lawyers Association, and The American Society for Health Care Risk Management.

At 11:45 a.m., Mr. Fried will co-lead a discussion titled "Opioid Issues: Addiction/Prescribing; Emergency Departments."

At 2:30 p.m., Mr. Freemire will co-lead a discussion titled "New Issues in Mergers & Acquisitions."
