Mark Lutes, Member of the Firm, presents a pre-conference workshop, "Introduction to Healthcare Reform - A Nuts & Bolts Guide," at the FICPA's Health Care Industry Conference (HCC).

This session will provide an introduction to the major provisions of Health Care Reform from the perspective of all of the affected parties, including employers, employees, hospitals, insurers, physicians and the uninsured.  It will provide background for the following days' sessions, as well as a refresher for those who are more familiar with the law.  In depth analysis and commentary will be provided on all of the major provisions, including a timetable of when each aspect of the law will become effective.
