Jack Wenik, Member of the Firm, moderates “What to Watch in Enforcement: NMN, DOJ’s Reorganization, and More” at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Food and Dietary Supplement Safety and Regulation Conference, which runs from March 18 to 19.
Panelists will examine recent enforcement actions in the dietary supplement and food space by DOJ, FDA, FTC, and the private bar. FDA’s shift in stance towards beta nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) will be covered. Foreseeable implications of the reorganization of DOJ will be discussed.
