The Food and Dietary Supplement Safety and Regulation Conference brings together leading regulators, attorneys, industry representatives, academics, consumer advocates, and consultants to discuss current issues and trends in food and dietary supplement regulation, with a focus on product safety. Topics include FDA, USDA, and EPA regulatory compliance; inspections and recalls; U.S. DOJ enforcement; and food safety and new and novel food product technology. Attendees include attorneys, consumer advocates, and regulatory affairs professionals focusing on food an dietary supplement policy, regulation, compliance, and technology.
