Members of the Firm Julie Badel, Zach Jackson, Peter Steinmeyer, and Mark Trapp will copresent "Ethical Issues in Employment Litigation," a lunch program sponsored by the ACC and Epstein Becker Green.

The panel will discuss the ethical issues encountered most frequently in employment litigation, including: attorney-client privilege waivers, joint defense agreements, joint representation agreements, evidence preservation, inadvertent disclosures, meta data, guidelines for witness preparation, perjury, threats of criminal prosecution, identity of client, and statements made during settlement negotiations.
