This program will address both the fundamentals of employer compliance with the statute (including employee eligibility rules and the types of leave covered), as well as some of the more difficult issues that arise in connection with the administration of employee leaves of absence (including the intersection of the FMLA with other laws and policies, and suspected employee fraud).
