While most employers and employees ended 2021 with the hope that 2022 would bring predictability and some normalcy to their workplaces, the rise of the Omicron COVID-19 variant and a number of legal developments have thrown a wrench into those plans. Kate and others explore how recent developments have changed the approach to COVID-19 workplace policies and employer expectation and how these changes impact employees, most significantly the Supreme Court’s blocking of OSHA’s COVID-19 vaccination-or-test.
