Topics will include:

  •  How to determine whether legislative or regulatory solutions are preferable
  •  An explanation of the federal policy and rulemaking process, with a particular focus on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
  • The various factors that influence agency decision-making
  • How stakeholders’ expertise and proposed solutions can be shared in a way that is relevant to federal policy makers
