Adam Forman, Member of the Firm, will moderate "Cybersecurity 101: Keeping Abreast of Relevant Technology," a panel discussion at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law's National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment Law, which runs April 6 to 8, 2016.

As part of the duty to their clients, the American Bar Association requires lawyers to “keep abreast of changes in the law and its practice, including the
benefits and risks associated with relevant technology.” (ABA MRPC Rule 1.1,
Comment 8.) This panel will walk legal professionals through the top five things they need to know about cybersecurity to protect themselves, their clients, and their reputation.
