The panel will discuss ABA Formal Opinion 512 and Florida Board of Governance Advisory Opinion 24-1 as well as developments in other states. Other topics include the role generative AI work can play in legal work, client expectations and pressures surrounding the use of generative AI, practical implementation of these technologies, and ethical considerations.
