Richard Hughes IV, Member of the Firm, co-presents "HIV Healthcare: Developments and Possibilities" at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2024 HIV Law & Practice Conference, which runs from April 15 to 16.

The panel will provide an overview of historical and evolving forms of discrimination that restrict or impede HIV healthcare access, including behavioral health; highlight past and ongoing legal developments; apply lessons learned to strengthen legal, policy, and legislative advocacy; and discuss how to build and facilitate collaborative community-based and engaged partnerships.
