Epstein Becker Green hosts a private continuing legal education (CLE) event led by attorneys Alexis Boaz, Shannon DeBra, Jenna Dees, Helaine Fingold, Rachel Snyder Good, Philo Hall, Bob Hearn, Melissa Jampol, Daniella Lee, Enrique Miranda, Kathleen Premo, Dennis Sapien-Pangindian, Elizabeth Scarola, and Erin Sutton. This advanced course consists of two sessions.

In the first of these sessions, our attorneys provide a comprehensive review of the past year’s health law landscape, covering notable health care transactions, significant government investigations, and impactful regulatory developments at both the federal and state levels.

In the second session, attorneys who have previously served within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the HHS Office of Inspector General, and other agencies share their outlook for what to expect in 2025 and beyond, especially in the context of the recent 2024 presidential election. This session addresses potential regulatory changes, policy shifts, and emerging legal issues poised to affect the health care industry.
