Chicago, IL (June 18, 2019) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is proud to announce that James J. Oh has been named to Lawyers of Color’s inaugural “Nation’s Best” list. Mr. Oh was honored at a reception for the Nation’s Best Midwest Region honorees on June 18 in Chicago, IL. He joins his colleague Clifford Barnes, in EBG’s Washington, DC, office, who was also recognized as a “Nation’s Best” honoree for the Mid-Atlantic Region earlier this month.

Mr. Oh is a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice.  He litigates wage and hour collective and class actions, defends company ERISA plans from inconsistent state law regulation and defends management in high-profile, high-exposure discrimination and wrongful termination actions.  He also counsels companies on employment law compliance, including advising and training employers and industry stakeholders on compliance with recreational and marijuana laws.
