Faherty has been recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as a “New Leader of the Law.” According to the publication, in order to determine the winners, judges sifted through “dozens of entries and gave scores to each nominee in categories ranging from ‘contributions to the law’ to bar association efforts, pro bono work, and peer recognition.”
Ms. Faherty, an associate in the Litigation and Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management practices in the firm’s Stamford office, represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment/hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and wage and hour claims, among others, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
