Many successful and accomplished women find it difficult to negotiate for themselves. To address this problem, the Epstein Becker Green Women's Initiative sponsored an evening networking event that featured Guest Speaker Victoria Medvec, Ph.D., Executive Director of the Center for Executive Women, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

During the interactive program, Professor Medvec explored the reasons why women don't ask and the consequences of not negotiating. She offered tips and strategies to women for getting ahead - and for getting what they want.
