Epstein Becker Green was mentioned by several top legal and business publications, for earning a spot among the “50 Best Law Firms for Women.” The annual ranking was released this week by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers.

According to Jennifer Owens, editorial director of Working Mother Media, the increase in women holding equity partner promotion committee seats is particularly notable. “That’s where the power is,” she says. Owens also points to the uptick in firms with at least three women in their top rainmakers. “Three of your top ten is not an anomaly,” says Owens. “Women are actually making big money for these firms.”
