The Checklist, created by EBG’s Labor and Employment attorneys, provides step-by-step guidance on the following issues: preparation before a Wage and Hour Division investigation of the DOL; preliminary investigation issues; document production; on-site inspection activities; employee interviews; and back-wage findings, and post-audit considerations.
