New York, NY (January 20, 2010) — National law firm Epstein Becker Green announced today that four attorneys have been promoted to partner.

The new partners practice in the Firm's Health Care and Life Sciences and Labor and Employment groups and are based in four of the Firm's 11 national offices—Houston, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

The following are the new Epstein Becker Green partners:

Andrew J. Hefty is a partner in the Litigation and Health Care and Life Sciences Practices in the San Francisco office. Now in his twelfth year of litigation practice, Mr. Hefty concentrates on complex civil litigation involving health law and ERISA. He has handled significant litigation matters for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including global insurers, reinsurers and financial institutions.

Kathleen A. Peterson is a partner in the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice in the Washington, DC office, where she practices in the Pharmaceutical Industry Health Regulatory Practice Group. Ms. Peterson has provided health regulatory counsel to a range of industry clients, including pharmaceutical and biological manufacturers, distributors, PBMs, managed care organizations, specialty pharmacies, medical education companies, GPOs, and investment firms.

Susan Gross Sholinsky is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York office. Ms. Sholinsky advises employers in all facets of employment law, including compliance with EEO laws and other statutes governing the workplace. She assists employers with respect to the development of personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline, leaves of absence, accommodation, workplace investigations, and termination of employment.

Charles H. Wilson is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice of Epstein Becker Green Wickliff & Hall in the firm's Houston office. Mr. Wilson is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents employers in a wide variety of employment law actions, including class actions, and has represented employers in over 20 states.
