Vault recently published its 2015 Vault Top Law Firm list, which is based on research of nearly 17,000 law associates, to help attorneys choose the right firm. For each ranked firm, Vault created a profile that includes reviews, an overview, and diversity and pro bono information, among other things.

Epstein Becker Green was noted to be a "collegial and non-competitive atmosphere where associates and partners alike work together and respect each other" with a "strong commitment to and a good reputation in its practice areas, particularly labor and employment and healthcare and life sciences." The firm was also praised for its "work/life balance and flexibility."
