These matters and others were discussed in New York on Tuesday at a conference held by employment law firm Epstein Becker & Green that featured David Weil, administrator of the DOL’s Wage and Hour Division, and two U.S. Chamber of Commerce officials—James Plunkett, director of labor law policy, and Marc Freedman, executive director of labor law policy.
