New York, NY (December 17, 2008) — National law firm Epstein Becker Green announced today that six lawyers have been promoted to partner.
The new partners are based in five of the Firm’s 10 national offices: Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and New York, and practice in four of the Firm’s five core practice areas.

The following are the new Epstein Becker Green partners:
Damian D. Capozzola is a partner in the Litigation and Health Care and Life Sciences practices in the Los Angeles office. Mr. Capozzola has handled significant litigation matters across a broad spectrum of industries and has represented some of the world’s largest defense contractors, food manufacturers and wholesalers, and telecommunications companies.
Brian G. Cesaratto is a partner in the Litigation and Labor and Employment practices in the New York office. Mr. Cesaratto’s experience includes labor and employment litigation and advice, civil litigation, and federal and state criminal defense. He has litigated matters in the state and federal courts involving employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, commercial disputes, retirement benefits, trade secrets and civil rights.
Kevin J. Ryan is a partner in the Heath Care and Life Sciences and Business Law Practices in the Chicago office. Mr. Ryan advises health care clients including hospitals, surgery centers and physician groups, assists clients with negotiating and drafting various types of agreements, including managed care agreements and physician employment agreements and advises on Medicare and Medicaid laws.
Amy J. Traub is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York office. Ms. Traub represents employers on issues involving discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related laws, including whistleblower statutes, ERISA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Kevin E. Vance is a partner in the Labor and Employment and Litigation practices in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Vance maintains a diverse practice within the labor and employment law arena, including employment litigation, state and federal appellate work, and administrative litigation on the state and federal level.
Patricia M. Wagner is a partner in the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice in the Washington, DC office. Ms. Wagner advises clients matters related to federal and state antitrust issues, litigates health care antitrust cases, advises clients on health regulatory matters, including issues related HIPAA Privacy, and advises health care clients on other regulatory requirements.
