Amy Bharj: Employers across industries count on Amy to defend them in litigation involving claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, among other statutes. Amy also advises clients on employment issues and internal policies, including terminations, separation agreements, employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, risk management, workforce reductions, litigation strategy, governmental investigations, and recent developments in employment law.

Fran DeLuca: Employers in the financial services, technology, health care, life sciences, and manufacturing industries rely on Fran to represent them in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in a wide array of disputes, including sensitive allegations of discrimination and harassment, high-stakes wage and hour class actions, and unfair competition matters.
