Earning a place in this year’s class are Amy Lerman (Health Care and Life Sciences, Washington, DC); Stephanie Lerman (Health Care and Life Sciences, Corporate Services, New York); Leonard Lipsky (Health Care and Life Sciences, New York); Jeffrey Ruzal (Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, New York); and Victoria Sloan Lin (Employment, Labor & Workforce Management, Litigation, New York).
Amy F. Lerman is a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Washington, DC, office of Epstein Becker Green. Ms. Lerman focuses her practice on a variety of regulatory and transactional health care matters, including telehealth and telemedicine, government investigations, corporate compliance, durable medical equipment, and Medicare program integrity auditing and monitoring. She represents a variety of health care providers and organizations, as well as investors and other financial institutions that invest in or support the health care industry.
Stephanie G. Lerman is a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences and Corporate Services practices, in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Lerman provides advice and counsel to a wide range of clients in the health care industry with respect to corporate and transactional matters.
Leonard Lipsky is a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green. He was named to the New York Metro Rising Stars list (2013 to 2016) in the area of Health Care. In 2008, he received an Award of Excellence in the Study of Health Law from the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section and the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. Mr. Lipsky provides strategic real-time advice to health care providers on health regulatory and transactional matters.
Jeffrey H. Ruzal is a member of the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green. He is a member of the firm’s Wage and Hour group and leads the firm’s Hospitality service team. Mr. Ruzal represents clients in such diverse industries as hospitality, financial services, retail, health care, and technology.
Victoria Sloan Lin is a member of the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management and Litigation practices, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green. She was selected to the New York Metro Rising Stars list (2012 to 2016) in the area of Employment Litigation: Defense and Business Litigation. Ms. Sloan’s practice focuses on state and federal litigation involving diverse and complex employment and commercial disputes. She represents clients in a wide range of industries, including health care, financial services, retail, legal, and medical billing, and has served as second chair in several New York and New Jersey federal district court trials.
