Following is an excerpt:

Epstein Becker & Green’s consulting arm EBG Advisors nabbed health care and human resource specialists Sam Nussbaum and Xan Raskin this month in Washington, D.C., and New York, respectively, where Nussbaum served as executive vice president and chief medical officer at health insurance giant Anthem Inc. and Raskin was assistant general counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. Epstein Becker also bagged labor, employment and workforce management partner David Marden in New York from local litigation boutique Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, where he was promoted to counsel in January.

Late last year Epstein Becker also added two senior counsel by hiring labor and employment expert Rhonda Moll from her role as special counsel for the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s Metro-North Railroad and Karen Cavalli for its health care and life sciences group. Cavalli was most recently deputy general counsel for managed care contracts at Aria Health in Philadelphia. Both lawyers joined Epstein Becker’s office in New York.
