Lauri F. Rasnick, Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice of Epstein Becker Green, will review pressing issues involving Marijuana in the Workplace and related drug testing, reasonable accommodations, and appropriate disciplinary actions stemming out of the increasing number of states legalizing marijuana for medical and/or recreational purposes. Ms. Rasnick will also address Transgender Rights and challenging issues faced by employers such as restroom usage, name changes, disclosure memos, and record revisions.
Recently recognized as a 2015 Cyber Security & Data Privacy Trailblazer by The National Law Journal, Brookes Taney, Vice President of Data Breach Solutions for Epiq, will discuss Cyber Trends & Data Breach Response, including the effects of breach notification laws and the development of an appropriate incident response process.
