Denise Merna Dadika, a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in the firm’s Newark office, was quoted in Law360, in “3 Things Employers Need to Know About Zika.” (Read the full version – subscription required.)

Following is an excerpt:

Employment attorneys say they have fielded questions from employers — particularly those in Southern states and those doing business in Latin America — who are unsure what is expected of them under the law or what the best workplace practices might be.

“We’ve gotten a little more guidance out there for employers from the [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention], and now [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration] has chimed in, but it still can be very difficult to navigate through this,” said Denise Dadika, a member of Epstein Becker Green.

Ms. Dadika previously commented on how the Zika outbreak has affected employers. She was featured in February on Employment Law This Week, Epstein Becker Green’s weekly video show.
