David Jacobs, Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Los Angeles office, and Jay P. Krupin, Chair of the National Labor Steering Committee, were quoted in an article titled “Epstein Becker Green Adds 3 Partners from Snell, Seyfarth.”
Following is an excerpt:
Epstein Becker Green announced Wednesday it was boosting the ranks of its employment and employee benefits practices in Los Angeles with the addition of three partners from Snell & Wilmer LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
“The Los Angeles market reflects most of the country, in that these practice areas — labor, employment and employee benefits — are increasingly driving conversations from the boardroom to executive suites,” said David Jacobs. “The Los Angeles office continues to position itself as a leader that helps employers successfully navigate legal and regulatory issues.”
The addition of Krause and McFarlane from Snell & Wilmer will also give Epstein Becker Green’s employee benefits practice new strength on the West Coast, according to Jacobs. “The employee benefits practice is a national practice. It’s nice to have people on the ground on the West Coast,” he said.
“Regina, Samuel and David’s legal expertise, backgrounds and experience are immeasurable assets to the firm, the Los Angeles office and our regional, national and international clients,” said Jay P. Krupin.
