Christopher M. Farella, Counsel in the Litigation and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices, in the firm’s Newark office, was mentioned in ROI New Jersey, in “Attorneys: Companies Should Modify Their PTO Policies Because of Paid Sick-Leave Law,” by Tom Bergeron.

The paid sick-leave law: That doesn’t concern my company because we already give plenty of paid days off, right? Wrong again.
