Bradley M. Thompson, a member of the firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice in the Washington, D.C., office, has been named co-chair of the Committee on Food and Drug Law of the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.
As committee co-chair, Thompson will share responsibility for organizing educational programs; monitoring legislation and suggest opportunities where the ABA should comment; drafting such comments directed toward Congress and/or the Administration; and suggesting and drafting new ABA policy in for consideration by the ABA House of Delegates.
Thompson’s term as co-chair begins September 1, 2007.
