Lynch, an accomplished transactional attorney with nearly 30 years of health care industry experience, as a Member of the Firm in its Health Care and Life Sciences practice in Washington, DC. Mr. Lynch was most recently a partner at King & Spalding.

Mr. Lynch has extensive experience in transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters and provides counsel on structuring, negotiating, and implementing a wide range of clinical and administrative transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

Mr. Lynch also advises health care providers regarding compliance with federal and state anti-kickback and referral prohibition laws and regulations, conducts compliance audits, and develops compliance plans. He has deep experience in guiding electronic health record integrations and previously represented one of the nation’s largest health care goods and services group purchasing organizations in connection with advising more than 2,300 hospitals on health information technology requirements and issues arising under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
