Alan Arville, Member of the Firm, co-presents “Contract Pharmacy Compliance: Oversight by the Entity” at the 340B Coalition Summer Conference, which runs from August 1 to 3.
Covered entities are responsible for ensuring that their contract pharmacy arrangements comply with 340B program rules.
