Epstein Becker Green created plan documents for 45 affirmative action programs covering 15 establishments and more than 10,000 U.S.-based employees for a leading technological research and consulting firm. We provided advice and counsel on implementation of those programs. In addition, we successfully defended the client in several compliance reviews conducted by the OFCCP, including a contentious corporate management compliance evaluation of the company’s headquarters, in which compensation practices were scrutinized, with the OFCCP ultimately finding no violations.
