Epstein Becker Green (EBG) assisted an ambulatory surgical center (ASC) with the termination of an existing electronic health record (EHR) provider contract and the negotiation of a contract with a new EHR provider. EBG developed a termination and release agreement for the existing EHR provider. This transition impacted all the client’s ASC locations.
