Advised Nephrology Provider on Regulatory Issues, Structuring, and Operations

Epstein Becker Green (EBG) was legal counsel to a health care company and its affiliate with respect to creating a management services organization, acquiring a large nephrology practice, and creating a value-based enterprise focused on care for patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. EBG assisted in negotiating the definitive agreements for the transaction (including the asset purchase agreement, management services agreement, various operating agreements, and value-based enterprise agreements), advising on key regulatory issues related to transactions, and assisting with the overall structuring and operation of the new enterprise.
