Med Tech Webcast Series

This is a rare opportunity for an off-the-record conversation with
senior-level executives from medical device companies and
facilitated by two innovative lawyers with industry insight.

Why you should attend this web dialogue:

Multifaceted, real-world challenges will be dissected from different perspectives
Dynamic format
Opportunity for benchmarking with peers
Exclusive to our clients
Cutting edge
Convenient

It's nice when a problem is simple and a single attorney can sit down and devise a solution for it. But more and more often, the challenges are complex and a team approach is required. In developing this series of webcasts, we have assembled a list of challenges regularly encountered in the world of medical technology that require differing perspectives to solve. Our plan is to tackle these problems, every month, with a multidisciplinary team that includes two Epstein Becker Green partners representing different legal disciplines as well as industry experts. We believe that you will not be able to find this content anywhere else.

Here's how the series works. The legal facilitators will present a case study and prompt a dialogue by offering their own insights. Our hope, though, is that you will quickly start to argue with them, offering your own perspective on what you've seen work well. Because audience involvement is so critical, we're limiting attendance to just 20 existing clients—all with significant industry expertise.

While we will try to be more polite than the guests on "Crossfire" and not talk over each other, this discussion is meant to be a relatively unstructured and frank exchange. We have developed realistic hypothetical case studies to facilitate a candid exchange while eliminating any concern for disclosure of confidential information.

To respect your time, these discussions will take place over the lunch hour in the Eastern time zone and during breakfast for our friends out West. Even though these discussions might be very zealous, we're going to try to stick to a one-hour timeframe.
