Health care organizations, like many other organizations, routinely encounter legal disputes. Disputes impacting health care organizations, however, can involve labor and employment issues, medical staff matters, peer review issues, physician arrangements, practice management conflicts, payor/provider disputes, and a host of other issues. Health care entities are encouraged to resolve these disputes, which are often highly complex, in the most expeditious, inexpensive, and reasonable manner.
