Health Care Industry Access Initiative Webinar: Beyond Health Reform to Health Care Access: How Technology Can Help to Achieve Success in Health Reform

Health reform's insurance exchanges are now less than two years away from operation. The economics of health reform depend on a broad range of people signing up for coverage and on payors and providers meeting new demands for their products and services in a cost-efficient way. Yet, previous experience shows that current health care programs for the uninsured are under-enrolled, and that the newly insured have trouble accessing health care beyond the hospital emergency department.

Please join us for the second program in our "Beyond Health Reform to Health Care Access" webinar series, addressing the role and promise of technology in achieving access to health care coverage and services in the context of health reform. We will discuss health reform's approach to technology and new developments in health care technology and suggest practical ways in which technology can provide solutions for health care access.
