The founding partners, the Diversity and Professional Development Committee, and the Women's Initiative of Epstein Becker Green held a cocktail reception on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City,to celebrate corporate legal departments that have embraced diversity and inclusion and enhanced opportunities for women, minorities, and other traditionally excluded groups.

This year's guest speaker was Sandra Leung, the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company and acknowledged industry leader. Ms. Leung serves as legal advisor to the Board of Directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb and company executives, and is responsible for shaping the company's legal strategy, both currently and prospectively.
