ALI-ABA Teleseminar: Supreme Court Update 2010-2011 Term


Frank C. Morris, Jr., Member of the Firm, serves as Planning Chair of this ALI-ABA Teleseminar conference titled "Supreme Court Update 2010-2011 Term."

Held annually, this two-hour teleseminar and audio webcast examines the Supreme Court's decisions impacting the labor and employment law area. The program will provide insight on how the decisions—including the Court's much-anticipated decision on class actions, its continuing expansion of retaliation protections, and the validation of the "cat's paw" theory—immediately impact both employment law advice and litigation.
