Paul DeCamp, Member of the Firm, will present, "The DOL's Wage and Hour Agenda Under Trump," at the American Employment Law Council (AELC) 26th Annual Conference, "The Workplace Disrupted: Navigating Through Significant Change and Shifting Culture in the Workplace."
Mr. DeCamp will address significant wage-and-hour developments occurring under the current Department of Labor, including changes to the White-Collar regulations, tip pooling, joint employment issues, interns, and the new Payroll Audit Independent Determination program. As well, Mr. DeCamp will discuss the United States Supreme Court's decision in Encino Motorcars and its impact on statutory interpretation.
