1L Pipeline Program

In 2014, Epstein Becker Green launched a 1L Pipeline Program. The mission of this program is to identify motivated 1L (first-year law school) candidates who can contribute to the firm’s core practice areas. Law students who participate in the 1L Pipeline Program get exposure to the core practice areas of the firm through subject-specific seminars, “real projects,” and “real-life experiences” that junior attorneys at Epstein Becker Green face. These law students are also given the opportunity to earn placement as a 2L the follow summer in the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
