CHELSEA E. OTT is an Associate in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green. She focuses her practice on fraud and abuse, transactional regulatory health care due diligence, and managed care issues.
Ms. Ott received her J.D., cum laude, and a Health Care Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University School of Law and was the Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. A recipient of the 2017 ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Health Law, Ms. Ott previously served as a Legal Extern at a major health insurer in New Jersey and as an Ethics, Quality & Compliance Intern at a pharmaceutical company in Princeton.
Before attending law school, Ms. Ott was an assistant writer for the Institute of Medicine, where she worked with the chair to draft and edit the “Sharing Clinical Trial Data: Maximizing Benefits, Minimizing Risks Report.” She also served as a program coordinator of The Greenwall Foundation, where she managed two bioethics grant programs.
In 2012, Ms. Ott graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Health and Societies and a concentration in Bioethics.
