New York, NY (March 2, 2020) — Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Daniel D. Edelman has joined the firm as a Member of the Litigation & Business Disputes practice.

Mr. Edelman is an accomplished business litigator and trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in complex commercial disputes. He has particular experience in antitrust, securities, trade secret, real estate, and fiduciary duty actions. He has also represented commercial clients in a wide range of contract and tort-based actions in both federal and state court actions as well as before arbitration panels, and successfully tried jury cases and brought appeals before federal and state appellate courts.

Mr. Edelman has played a critical role in several large antitrust actions, including those alleging price-fixing, price discrimination, group boycotts, attempted monopolization, and tying arrangements. He has also defended against major securities cases, including accounting restatement cases and short-swing profit claims.

“Dan is a well-regarded litigator and a great addition to our team,” said Kenneth Kelly, Co-Chair of the National Litigation Steering Committee.

“He brings a great deal of trial experience, especially in antitrust and securities litigation, including individual, class action, and multi-district claims, which will be immensely valuable to our clients,” added Anthony Argiropoulos, Co-Chair of the National Litigation Steering Committee.

“I am excited to join EBG’s respected litigation practice and look forward to adding value to the firm’s clients as we help them develop their litigation and trial strategies,” Edelman said. “Additionally, the firm’s collaborative culture and its set of core values stand out. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.”

After serving as a litigation partner at two global law firms for nearly 20 years, Mr. Edelman joined a litigation boutique where he handled all phases of litigation, from pleadings to appeals.
