New York, NY (August 28, 2017) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is recognized in Law360’s “Glass Ceiling Report” as one of the best law firms for female attorneys, and in the “Diversity Snapshot” as one of the best law firms for minorities, among more than 300 firms surveyed.

While U.S. law firms have “long been overwhelmingly dominated by men,” EBG is considered to be among those “outpacing their peers ... moving the industry toward a more inclusive status quo,” according to Law360. EBG was ranked at number 10 in the category of firms with 150-299 lawyers and is featured as one of 18 firms that have above-average representation of both women and minorities.

Law360 surveyed more than 300 U.S. firms (with at least twenty U.S.-based attorneys) about their overall and female headcount numbers as of Dec. 31, 2016. Only U.S.-based attorneys were included in the survey.
