EBG Mid-Size Company Turnaround of the Year Award

Newark, NJ (August 11, 2020) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”) has chosen the firm as a winner of the 2020 Mid-Size Company Turnaround of the Year Award for completing a highly complex transaction between Coordinated Health (“CH”) and Lehigh Valley Health Network (“LVHN”). EBG served as CH’s transaction and antitrust counsel and advised on a range of issues related to employment and employee benefits, intellectual property, and health care regulatory matters. Also honored for their role in the transaction were teams from CohnReznick LLP and Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP.

The Turnaround of the Year Award recognizes the individuals who improve business by implementing effective operations, establishing solid management, generating positive cash flow, or affecting other operational enhancements (typically outside of a court process) leading to the recovery of a struggling business whose revenue at the time of turnaround was $50 million to $299 million USD.
