  • Fifth for "Top 100 Law Firms for Women"
  • Fifth for "Top 25 Law Firms for African-Americans"
  • Eighth for "Top 50 Law Firms for Partners"
  • Thirty-eighth for "Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity"

Epstein Becker Green is committed to maintaining a diverse workforce and fostering a culture that promotes diversity in its recruitment, professional development, and ongoing communications. Forty percent of the Firm's lawyers and 28 percent of Firm's Members are women. Minorities make up 33 percent of EBG, including 13 percent of Firm Members. MultiCultural Law magazine is dedicated to ensuring workplace diversity and highlighting the roles that minorities and women play in today's business world. The magazine selected its "Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity" based on statistics it compiled after surveying more than 200 top national law firms, in four categories: Women, Associates, Partners and overall Diversity. Additionally, there were four subcategories: African-American, Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic and Native American.
