Newark, NJ (April 22, 2009) — Patrick G. Brady, a leading employment litigation lawyer in New Jersey, has joined the Newark office of Epstein Becker Green along with a team of four Labor and Employment attorneys.

Brady has joined Epstein Becker Green as a Shareholder, while colleagues John M. O'Connor and Clara H. Rho have joined as Members of the Firm, and Suzanne K. Brown and Jungmin Choi have arrived as Associates.

Carmine A. Iannaccone, Managing Shareholder of Epstein Becker Green's Newark office, said: "We've known Pat for a very long time, and we're thrilled to have him and his team join us. Pat and his group give us one of the strongest starting lineups in Labor and Employment law in the state. His class action employment litigation experience particularly complements the Firm's national practice."

Brady's practice focuses on complex employment litigation, representing corporations on alleged wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, breach of contract, discrimination, FLSA collective actions, and pattern and practice class actions.

"Epstein Becker Green's large Labor and Employment platform and national presence will allow me to expand the range and depth of services I can provide clients," said Brady. "In addition, I'll be able to tap into the Firm's knowledge and experience in all five core practice groups—Business Law, Health Care and Life Sciences, Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Real Estate."

Epstein Becker Green Managing Director George Sape said: "The team represents an important addition for our Newark office and for the Firm. Patrick Brady is a well-known and experienced lawyer whose presence will strengthen our Labor and Employment practice not only in New Jersey but throughout the Northeast."

John M. O'Connor's practice is focused on Labor and Employment law and employee benefits, while Clara H. Rho represents management in employment litigation and personnel management and procedure. Associate Suzanne K. Brown has extensive experience in labor and employment law, and Associate Jungmin Choi concentrates on employment-based immigration law.
