Epstein Becker Green Demonstrates Its Commitment to Diversity Through Recent Shareholder ElectionsOctober 23, 2014
NEW YORK (October 23, 2014) – The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green announced that it has elected three new shareholders in its two nationally recognized practices, Health Care and Life Sciences and Labor and Employment. These new shareholders include attorneys Amy Dow, Susan Gross Sholinsky, and Linda Tiano.
Amy Dow, a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, is based in the firm’s Chicago office. She primarily represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics manufacturers in FDA regulatory, fraud and abuse, and transactional matters. Dow also provides health regulatory due diligence services to private equity firms and other investors in life sciences sector entities.
Susan Gross Sholinsky, a member of the Labor and Employment practice, is based in the firm’s New York office. She advises employers in all facets of the employment relationship, from pre-employment considerations and hiring to terminations and post-employment restrictions. Sholinsky also plays a leadership role in the firm’s Women Initiative.
Linda Tiano, a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, works in both the firm’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices. She has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in the health care industry, in legal and executive capacities. Tiano has been an executive and general counsel of both nonprofit and publicly traded health care companies, including, among others, the parent company of the largest health insurer in New York State; a diversified national managed health care company based in Bethesda, Maryland; and a major national managed care organization headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Prior to serving in these positions, she was a health care attorney at Epstein Becker Green for 11 years.
