This checklist provides guidance for the critical step of locating and analyzing the relevant background information to select the best arbitrators for an employment-related (industry) case and a customer/investor dispute before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (www.practicallaw.com/1-382-3462) (FINRA). Counsel often find that through proper due diligence and the strategic selection of arbitrators, they can put together the right panel for most disputes.
