2019 1L Pipeline Program - New York Office

Mission Statement: The mission of the 1L Pipeline Program in the New York office is to identify motivated 1L candidates who can contribute to the Firm’s Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.  Law students who participate in this Pipeline Program will get exposure to labor and employment industry through various project assignments, “real projects” or “real life experiences” that junior attorneys at Epstein Becker Green face and will be given the opportunity to earn placement as a 2L in the Firm’s Summer Associate Program.

Criteria: Any candidate interested in applying for this Program must meet the following criteria:

  • Must currently be considered a 1L law school candidate (i.e., first year of law school for a three year program or second year of law school for a four year program);
  • Must have a demonstrated interest (through education and/or experience) in labor and employment law; and
  • Must be in the top 1/3 of their class (if rankings are available).

How To Apply: Any candidate who meets the above mentioned criteria and who wishes to apply to the 2019 1L Pipeline Program in the Firm’s New York office should submit a cover letter (which should indicate why you are interested in this program and why this program would benefit you), resume, and transcript (if available) to:

Mission Statement: The mission of the 1L Pipeline Program in the Washington, DC office is to identify motivated 1L candidates who can contribute to the Firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice.  Law students who participate in this Pipeline Program will get exposure to the health care industry through various project assignments, “real projects” or “real life experiences” that junior attorneys at Epstein Becker Green face and will be given the opportunity to earn placement as a 2L in the Firm’s Summer Associate Program.
